David Winter is an incredibly talented English sculptor who is considered one of the world's premier artists in creating miniature architectural structures. He is the son of famous British sculptor Faith Winter. Initially David made pottery and decorative tiles, but eventually evolved into miniature scale houses. The first David Winter Cottage, The Mill House, was launched in 1979. Today his award-winning cottages are collected by Village lovers around the world. He perfectly captures in exquisite detail the simpler lives of English people of long ago and gives us a peek into the past.
